Habitat for Humanity taking over ownership of permit. Escrow and transfer fee received from Habitat today. Still waiting on permit transfer form signed and returned before transfer is complete.

PERMIT TRANSFER COMPLETE. Transfer form completed and approved. New escrow received from Habitat.
Awaiting a W9 from Krishce so I can request for their escrow to be returned to them.

Leaving the applicant and contractor info on the permit to show the history of the project and parties involved. Permitee and responsible official for operator have been updated to Habitat, effectively making them the permit holder responsible for the scope of work.
