Hi Lexi,
Danny broke this down for Kyle yesterday in the attached email and in his RFI comments.
Essentially, the meter won't be located on Orchard lane anymore from the update so it will need a new address for inspection and billing purposes. After speaking with the permit technicians, we would prefer to use the same permit number ROW25-01280 as it will need to be linked appropriately in our system with all respective projects and permits. We will also need to permanently retire the 9159 Orchard Lane address. To address this meter, I will need updated plan drawings showing approximate linear dimensions from two permanent locations on site. These need to be uploaded into ROW25-01280, the permit techs will get a notification and route the appropriate reviews. Please note, this meter will be subject to all new inspections and any fees associated.
Our hope is to continue to keep this project moving forward as efficiently as possible, that is why i want to stress that comments are thoroughly read and communication is happening on all fronts. City staff will do their best to always make things as clear as possible on our end and are more than happy to answer any questions that come up.
