Property was sold again for the third time, new ownership and this is the new contractor working this project. NO subs needed on this permit due to all work was completed on RES22-01225.
We will need revised plans for the work completed that was not approved by pervious contractor. we will only need new revised plans (deck) to be approved. no fees charge all paid on RES22-01225 also all inspections approved on RES22-01225 will only need to call in for finals and request CO review again on this new permit to close out permit

Property owner information was updated. - Provide deed for ownership. Issued a new CO updated.
