Per Jake S. - will need TCP approval prior to approving DEV permit and will need approved traffic materials submittal for restriping/pavement markings related to the wet utility work. Will need a second traffic materials submittal for the ROW signs and any other pavement markings/striping being done by any other contractor hired by AURA and/or developer later on in the project.

Per Jake S. & approval from inspector - approved DEV WITHOUT approved traffic control plans or approved traffic materials submittal. Will still need approved traffic control plans and approved traffic materials and will have additional DEV permit fees (traffic review fees) that will need to be paid in the future. Upon payment of current DEV permit fees will proceed with scheduling field meeting.

Permit set to "under construction". Still need to submit traffic material submittals.

Ownership of the project was transferred to RRL TIL LLC. Escrow was also transferred to them as well. Documentation of this was sent to Joanie in finance to keep records for releasing future escrows.

HPM, Inc's contractor license is expired. This needs to be updated ASAP
