There is no escrow/LOC required for this development per Engineer.

The contractor will need a water disconnect/cap permit now and then eventually a water/sewer service permit and tapping charges paid to utilities (once they have their commercial permit approved).
For the water disconnect permit they are cutting into Candelas Parkway so the permit will have street degradation unless it's newer, subgrade, patching and a traffic control plan needed.
Everything else will be covered under this DEV permit

No traffic control plan needed on the DEV permit. The disconnect permit will need traffic control plans.
