1. Must have test on the water lines and DWV system.
2. Must have approved city plans on site.
3. Must vent the bathroom group properly (shower and water closet)
4. Must submit gas isometric drawings to a plan examiner with the city and it must be approved by the city pan examiner prior to requesting a gas piping inspection.
5. You shall not run the gas piping under the building. It must rise above grade before entering the building.
6. This is not a complete list of everything that needs to be corrected so please have the contractor make sure the work is 100% complete prior to requesting any inspections.

NOTE: THERE ARE ISSUES WITH THE APPROVED PLANS WHERE THEY DO NOT SHOW THE SETBACKS TO THE PROPERTY LINE BECAUSE IT WAS AN EXISTING STRUCTURE PREVIOUSLY. REGARDLESS OF IT BEING AN EXISTING STRUCTURE, IT IS BEING MODIFIED SO THE FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCES AND REQUIREMENTS PER TABLE R302.1(1) WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE MET. REVISED PLANS WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO SHOW HOW THE ONE HOUR RATED WALL ASSEMBLY WILL BE ACHEIVED WITH RATING FROM BOTH SIDES. ALSO, DOCUMENTATION AND A CALCULATION WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO SHOW THAT THE 25% WALL OPENINGS LIMITATIONS ARE BEING MET AND THE ONE HOUR RATING ON THE UNDERSIDE OF ANY PROJECTIONS WILL NEED TO BE MET AND DEMONSTRATED ON PLANS. Dryer vent and exhaust fan in the bathroom only. Where is the heating unit? If you plan on installing a ductless split system, we have to see the condensation drain and refrigeration lines installed at the rough stage.

Per Hunter, the heating will be floor heating cables throughout. An inspection for the heating cables, while on the manufacturer and required test, and with the documentation of the test readings from the manufacturer instructions shall be on site for the heating cables inspection.
