there will be two site permits for address 9265 yucca lane - one for the Kiddie Acadamy and one for the private drive being built through the neighborhood to access it. Per jake moyer - there can be two so long as they are applied for by different contractors, which they are. See SITE23-00017 for the Kiddie Acadamy.
They both have the same DA # but will each have their own DEV permit
