This work has already been done and is the service lines related to the DEV permit. Can you update your response since their will be no locate number, the traffic control plan as approved under the DEV, the work has already been done, the street degradation is on the DEV permit and the water meter tap fees have already been paid (they were issued a TCO some time ago). They are trying to wrap up their initial warranty items and this is one of them since they never got this permit. Let me know if you have any questions.
