NOTE: Placing permit on hold. We need further information about the direction that the homeowner will want to go in. The owner came in to discuss this project and let us know that he had intended this structure to be an office but converting it to an office means the structure has to be permitted now. We also understand now that the permit is going to be heated and cooled and insulated. All of this will trigger new requirements.
