We will need an updated valuation for the added mechanical scope. We will also need an update scope of work to include the mechanical work. The permit will need to be placed on hold until we gather that new information

EMAIL SENT BY CONTRACTOR/APPLICANT ADDING MECHANICAL WORK:
"Please let this email serve as valuation and description of the unexpected mechanical work involved at 6050 Marshall Ct., Arvada CO 80003. The scope of the work entailed replacing most of the heating ducts, return and main heating trunk line due to an uncommon number of holes, tears and abandoned off shoots from the main line. During the replacement, 3-bathroom fans were installed and the dryer venting. The cost of the work was $6,000.00."
ADDITIONAL FEE ADDED FOR MECHANICAL WORK.
