Interior Refresh

Project Summary: Refresh existing kitchen and baths.
Will not move or change existing walls, except an upstairs bathroom wall to combine two bathrooms into one.
Will add a primary bed and bath in the basement with egress window, drywall and insulation as well as add an egress window the existing bedroom in the basement.
Will finish the basement with insulation and drywall to include a small wet bar in the family room.
