Spoke w/Tracy at Berkley Homes - getting started soon on this project. Removed expiration and set status to under construction. Reminded will need concrete mix design for ADA ramp down the road - need to check with inspector though to see if they need surface field meeting since only surface item is the one ADA ramp.

Per Jim G. - need 2nd subsurface field meeting due to length of time since 1st one. Scheduled 6/23/22 at 8:00 a.m.

2nd field meeting held; advised Sara Botkin re: needing to pull DEMO permits and eventually ROWYARD permits. Once DEMO permits are issued and inspections scheduled then update status of DEV permit to under construction.

UPDATED CONSTRUCTION PLANS FROM MARCH 2022 IN DEV PERMIT; PER JAKE S. ADDED PUBLIC TRAIL (8' SIDEWALK) AND ONE CURB RAMP. ADDED TO DEV PERMIT FEES SINCE THIS WAS NOT ON THE ORIGINAL PLANS/PERMIT QUANTITES AND NOTIFIED DEVELOPER/CONTRACTOR
